PAYMENT, PRICING & PROMOTIONS
We accept all major credit cards as payment. Please note that orders must be paid in full within 5 business days, or they will be automatically canceled.
From time to time, we may offer temporary discounts or promotions on specific product lines. These offers are subject to change at our discretion, and we reserve the right to terminate a promotion at any time. Orders placed before or after a promotional period are not eligible for retroactive price adjustments.
Packrat Gaming reserves the right to cancel any order due to website errors, even if an order confirmation has been received. In such cases, if payment has been processed, we will notify you via email and issue a full refund.
TAX POLICY
At this time, Packrat Gaming is only required to collect sales tax on orders shipped within the state of Florida. As we are still in the early stages of our business, we do not currently have a nexus with other states.
For customers outside of Florida, this means you can enjoy tax-free shopping on all purchases! Please take advantage of this benefit while it is available.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations can be requested prior to shipment. Please note that a 3% cancellation fee will apply, which will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers the non-refundable payment processing costs associated with the initial transaction.
To request a cancellation, please email contact@packratgaming.com with the subject line: "CANCEL ORDER #...".
SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Information:
Orders placed on Fridays or over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday. We reserve the right to require a signature upon delivery for any order. We currently do not ship to PO Boxes. Our warehouse is located in Miami, FL, and shipping times will vary depending on the destination.
For orders containing pre-release items: Orders will be shipped once all items are available. If your order includes products with multiple release dates, please place separate orders if you wish to receive each item as it becomes available.
Shipping Carriers:
We utilize UPS and USPS as our primary shipping carriers.
Transit Times:
Transit times depend on the destination and the shipping method selected at checkout. For expedited shipping options, please reach out to us at contact@packratgaming.com.
Tracking Information:
You will receive a shipping confirmation email at the end of the business day once your order has shipped. Tracking information will be available within 24 hours. Registered customers can also access their tracking number in the customer account area on our website.
Flat Rate Shipping:
Flat rate shipping is available for orders shipping to the contiguous United States. For shipments to Alaska or Hawaii, please contact us for a custom quote. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Returns & Replacements:
We do not accept returns for sealed products or individual items due to industry standards within the Trading Card Game (TCG) market. However, if your order arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us at contact@packratgaming.com, and we will promptly work to resolve the issue.

Packrat Gaming encourages all users to explore our website, but if you are under the age of 13, you may not register for an account without parental consent, as required by the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) regulations. If you are under 13 and wish to use our site, we recommend having your parent or guardian register on your behalf.
