Please read before placing a pre-order.

When placing an order that includes a pre-order or back-order item, please note that all items in your cart will be shipped together once the pre-order item is available. This means that if your pre-order item is not scheduled to ship for a month, any additional items in the same order will also be held until that time. To receive non-pre-order items sooner, please create a separate order for those items.

Pre-order and back-order purchases are charged to your card or PayPal account immediately at checkout. Orders can be canceled prior to shipment; however, a 3% cancellation fee will apply. This fee covers the non-refundable processing fee incurred during the initial transaction.

 

To cancel an order, please send an email to contact@packratgaming.com with the subject line: "CANCEL ORDER # [Your Order Number]."
